To point out first before I get to far in to this, the WBXML code has been redone. The way we have decided to do it for now is use the PECL package WBXML. It works very well but like all PECL packages it has to be installed in the server's OS it can't be included. We are working a full fledge PHP WBXML tool but we have decided its better to get the SyncML and sync logic out of the way before get into WBXML. If there is developer out there who wants to take on this let me know.
